Inorganic Solids Disposal

Waste Services, Handlers, & Landfills

Discover landfills, transfer stations, handlers, and service locations that accept Inorganic Solids.

Inorganic solid waste is any solid substance that has not come from animals or plants. It consists of materials that are not biodegradable. Inorganic rubbish comes from non renewable natural resources such as minerals and petroleum, or from industrial processes. Some of this material was not found in nature such as plastic and aluminum.

Many inorganic solids are recyclable, and this is one preferred method of disposal as it reduces the environmental impact of filling landfills with material that doesn't break down, and reduces the need to mine fresh materials to make more inorganic goods.
