The Town of Manchester operates an active Bulky/Construction & Demolition Waste Landfill. The Landfill is permitted by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and has a permit to operate until December of 2025. The Landfill is also permitted to accept petroleum contaminated soils, regulated soils and other non-hazardous special and manufacturing wastes.
